How We Handle Your Allergies & Sensitivities:

When you note a specific allergy or ingredient sensitivity during your Skin Genome Quiz, our system flags your order immediately. A dedicated member of our formulations team then personally reviews your suggested ingredients.

• Custom Adjustments: If an ingredient is suggested that aligns with your noted allergy, our team will make the necessary adjustments to ensure your personalized products do not include that ingredient.
• Depending on the ingredient, there may be some that we can't accommodate and we will let you know this information even before you are charged and sent a formulation.
