Can I change my shipping address after an order has been billed?Updated a year ago
Orders ship to the address on file when your order has been processed.
Changes made up to the day before an order process will apply to the upcoming order. Changes made on or after the order has been invoiced will apply to future orders, not the order that has just been invoiced.
You may contact our care team to see if we are still able to update your shipping address, but please be advised that this is not guaranteed and you may need to contact USPS to see if they are able to reroute your order to your new address. You will need your tracking number if your order has already shipped.
