Can I update an order once it has been invoiced?Updated a year ago

You may update your skin quiz or skincare preferences or adjust your next billing date up to the day before your next order is scheduled to be processed via your account page.

Attempting to make changes to your quiz or the timing of an order on or after the date the order is scheduled to process will not change an order already in progress.

If you are attempting to make changes on or after the processing date and the status of your order is pending, please contact support for assistance. We will try our best to make your updates. 

However, our team cannot make changes to an order with a status of ready to ship, shipped, or in transit.
