How do I add or remove a product from an upcoming order?Updated 4 months ago



You may add or remove products from an upcoming subscription order up to the day before the order is scheduled to invoice via your PROVEN account by visiting www.provenskincare.com/account and following the steps below. 

Select 'Subscriptions' from the menu, then 'Manage'

Locate the product you'd like to add or remove under 'YOUR SUBSCRIPTION'

-- To add a product to your upcoming order, click the + symbol
-- To remove a product from your upcoming order, click the - symbol

Pricing for your upcoming order will be updated to reflect the addition or removal of the product selected (plus applicable sales tax).

To save your selection, click 'CONFIRM'


Important, please review!
Attempting to add or remove products from an upcoming order on or after the date the order was billed will not result in an update to the already-in-progress order. If your order has been invoiced/processed and the shipping status is pending, please get in touch with customer care with the exact product and quantity you'd like to add or remove from the processing order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, that our team cannot change or cancel an order with a shipping status of ready to ship, shipped, or in transit.
