How do I postpone or skip my next shipment?Updated 9 days ago

You can easily postpone your next delivery from your PROVEN account dashboard

You have two options:

1. You can "Change your next order date" to a specific date.

2. You can "Skip" an order for 6 or 12 weeks.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select 'Subscriptions & Orders' from the drop-down menu beside your name in the upper right corner of the screen. 
  3. Select 'Skip' to skip an order for 6 or 12 weeks, OR select 'Next order date' to select a specific date that works for you! 
  4. Select 'Confirm' to confirm your changes.
