Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any PROVEN marketing email. You can also email [email protected] to opt out entirely. Unsubscribing from marketing emails won't affect transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notifications) — those keep coming as long as you have an active subscription.
