How do I update my shipping address?Updated 17 days ago
You can easily update your billing information from your PROVEN account by visiting www.provenskincare.com/account and following the steps below.
1. Select 'Subscriptions & Orders' from the dropdown menu next to your name.
2. Go to 'Shipping Information' above to your address and click 'Edit'
3. Edit your Shipping information and hit save
Please note:
Updating your address will not change the shipping address for an order already in process. Please contact our Care Team—we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
If the order has already shipped, we’re unable to change the address. However, you may be able to intercept or forward the package through USPS using your tracking number. Contact your local USPS office for further assistance.
