How do I update my shipping address?Updated 4 months ago

You can easily update your shipping address from your PROVEN account by following the steps below.

  1. Log in to your PROVEN account: provenskincare.com/account
  2. Select 'Account'
  3. Next to Ship to, select 'Change'
  4. Enter your new shipping address

Click 'Update' to save the changes.


Please note:
Updating your address when you have an order in process will not update that current order in process. Please contact the Care Team for assistance. We will try our best to make the update to your current order.

If the order has already shipped, we are not able to update the address on that specific order; however, you may be able to intercept the order with USPS and have it forwarded to your new address. Please contact your local USPS office with the tracking information you received via email. If you need further assistance, please contact the care team.
