We'd love every order to be delivered on time and without issue but understand there are occasions that our shipping partner misdelivers, loses, or damages a package. In the event there is an issue with your delivery, we're happy to help.
Misdelivered packages
Your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, but you are unable to locate it.
The carrier may have...
Updated your package as delivered instead of out for delivery in error.
Delivered your package to a neighboring mail locker in error.
Delivered your package to the front desk or office of your apartment complex.
Delivered your package to a neighboring house in error.
Delivered your package to an address that was incorrectly entered when the order was placed.
Delivered your package correctly, which was stolen.
In many cases, these misdelivered package turns up within 48 hours of being marked delivered. Please allow 2-3 business days to see if your package makes it to you. If not, please contact the Care Team for further assistance.
If your order was shipped to the correct address and is found to be missing, we're happy to arrange a complimentary reship of your PROVEN System*.
*Orders delivered to the address provided which is found to be incomplete or inaccurate are eligible for a replacement at a discounted rate of 50% off the original purchase price.
