We're honored you've chosen PROVEN to serve your skincare needs! 

We want you to love your PROVEN Skincare System and the results you see in your skin. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized skincare, we're happy to address any questions or concerns with your current formulations and/or suggest changes to your routine or products within 35 days of purchase per our Return & Reformulation Policy.

We encourage you to reach out to our Care Team before canceling your subscription as we would love to offer you personalized assistance tailored to your skincare needs. 

Please include answers to the following questions in your email to us to help us determine the next best steps for your specific skincare needs:

Include as much detail as possible regarding your concerns and/or experience with your PROVEN products. 


2. What is your morning skincare routine? Please Include all products used. 


3. What is your evening skincare routine? Please Include all products used.


4. Looking at your ingredient cards, are there any active ingredients in your PROVEN formulations that you have not used prior to using PROVEN?

If you're comfortable, please include a photo(s) of your skin for assessment. (Photos are 100% confidential.) 


We are happy to work with you to determine if you are eligible for a free reformulation of your PROVEN Skincare System product(s).
