Subscription Cancellation PolicyUpdated 4 months ago

We're honored you've chosen PROVEN Skincare, and we'd love to continue to serve your skincare needs. We encourage you to reach out to our Care Team at via chat or email at [email protected] before canceling your subscription if you need help with your formulations, as we do have options, and we would love to help! 

However, if you would still like to cancel your subscription you may do so by logging into your account here and following the below instructions:


Step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select 'Subscriptions'
  3. Select 'Manage' next to the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Select 'More Options'
  5. Select 'Cancel My Subscription'
  6. Complete the subscription cancellation survey through to the end (if you do not complete the survey to the end, your account will not be canceled) 


You'll receive an email confirming your subscription has been canceled within 24 hours of completing the cancelation survey. 

Please review the following important information regarding orders, subscriptions, and cancelations.

  • Your payment method is charged when your order is queued for fulfillment. Canceling your subscription on the date you've been invoiced will not result in the cancellation of the invoiced order.  Orders that are in the formulation process (fulfilling or ready to ship) cannot be canceled, will ship as purchased, and may not be returned/refunded per our Return & Reformulation Policy. (i.e. order invoiced on Jan 1, 2022, cancelation survey completed on Jan 2, 2022, after fulfillment of your products has begun).

  • If you do not wish to receive your next shipment, please complete the cancelation survey at least 24 hours before your next scheduled invoice date. 

  • If you have been billed please contact [email protected]. We have a very small window, if at all, that we may be able to cancel and refund the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after you have been billed, but we will try.
