We're honored you've chosen PROVEN Skincare, and we'd love to continue to serve your skincare needs. We'd also love for you to keep your subscription along with all your subscription benefits, which include a 35% discount on each order, free shipping, access to your PROVEN Dashboard, and direct connection with your dedicated Skin Expert.

However, if you'd still like to cancel your subscription, you may do so by logging into your account and following the instructions below.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Log in to your account

2. Select 'Subscriptions & Orders'

3. Select 'Cancel'

4. Follow the prompts on the screen to cancel your subscription.




Please review the following important information regarding orders, subscriptions, and cancellations.

Your payment method is charged when your order enters fulfillment. Canceling your subscription after an order is invoiced does not cancel an order that is currently in fulfillment. Orders in formulation or marked "Ready to Ship" cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded per our Return & Reformulation Policy. (Example: If invoiced on Jan 1 and canceled on Jan 1, the order will still ship as scheduled.)

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled invoice date.
  • If you’ve already been billed, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee cancellation after billing, we’ll do our best to help within the limited window available.
