You can easily find the status of your order from your PROVEN account dashboard.
Step-by-step guide:
- Log in to your account
- Select 'Subscriptions & Orders' from the drop-down menu beside your name
- Select 'Orders'
- Select an order to view the order details/status

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with the subject line:
Your order is in!
This is your receipt, which includes all of your order details. You'll also find a convenient direct link to track your order.
