Are you looking to pause or cancel your PROVEN subscription, or delete your PROVEN account entirely?

Pausing or canceling your subscription lets you keep your subscriber benefits, including your 30% discount on future orders. It also gives you the flexibility to reactivate your subscription anytime you'd like.

Data Deletion

If you’d like to move forward with Data Deletion, please follow the steps below:

Deleting your data will permanently remove all personal information from your PROVEN account. This includes your quiz results, order history, and preferences. If you choose to return in the future, you’ll need to retake the Skin Genome Quiz and create a new account from scratch.

To delete your PROVEN account entirely:

  1. Make sure any active PROVEN subscriptions have been canceled. You can find the cancellation instructions here
  2. Once you have canceled your subscription, please fill out this form and choose 'Data Deletion'
