How do I delete my account and all personal information?Updated a year ago

Firstly, are you looking to pause or cancel your subscription or delete your PROVEN account entirely?

Pausing or canceling your PROVEN subscription allows you to retain your subscriber benefits, including your discount of over 30% on your order. Additionally, canceling or pausing allows you to reactivate your PROVEN subscription at any time. 

To adjust or pause your subscription:

  1. Log into your PROVEN account: provenskincare.com/account
  2. Select 'Subscriptions'
  3. Select 'Manage' next to the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Select 'Skip' or 'Delay
  5. Select ‘Confirm’ if the next subscription date is correct

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your PROVEN account: provenskincare.com/account
  2. Select 'Subscriptions'
  3. Select 'Manage' next to the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Select 'More Options'
  5. Select 'Cancel My Subscription'
  6. Complete the subscription cancellation survey to complete your request

Deleting your information will remove your personal information from PROVEN’s website. All of the information in your account will be deleted, and you will need to retake the Skin Genome Quiz and start a whole new account if you decide to use PROVEN again.

To delete your PROVEN account entirely:

  1. Make sure any active PROVEN subscriptions have been canceled 
  2. Once you have canceled your subscription, please fill out this form and choose 'Data Deletion'
